African Risk Capacity Ltd. (ARC Ltd) is seeking a qualified service provider to design and implement a secure, modular cloud-based parametric calculation agent solution to support its sovereign climate risk insurance operations.

The solution will provide a trusted and auditable platform to compute and validate parametric indices across multiple perils, generate standardised reports for payout determination and decision-making, and strengthen data management, traceability and transparency across ARC Ltd’s insurance portfolio. It will integrate with existing ARC modelling and monitoring platforms and support timely, reliable and reproducible calculations and reporting.
